Product introduction

ACAMS Crash Alarm solution enables operators to activate the crash alarm system and mobilize emergency services at the airport. The Crash Alarm can be triggered from various operator positions or through physical crash buttons located in different areas.

Additionally, the Crash Alarm module includes an emergency call service, allowing operators to set up direct one-to-one calls or conference calls. Utilizing VoIP technology, calls can be established between Crash Alarm applications at different operator positions or to other locations equipped with VoIP telephones.

The system is designed to ensure accurate status representation by using actual feedback signals from the local emergency system, preventing any faulty status indications. To guarantee reliability, the system is equipped with dual redundant Crash Alarm servers that manage communication with the local emergency system, eliminating any single points of failure.
